The ingredient of Sweet Potato Fluff

  1. 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
  2. 1 cup white sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. u00bd cup butter
  5. u00bd teaspoon vanilla extract
  6. 1 cup flaked coconut
  7. 1 cup packed brown sugar
  8. u2153 cup all-purpose flour
  9. 1 cup chopped pecans
  10. u2153 cup butter

The instruction how to make Sweet Potato Fluff

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. fusion the mashed sweet potatoes, white sugar, eggs, 1/2 cup of the butter or margarine, vanilla and flaked coconut. Place in heat proof 2 quart sized casserole dish.
  3. following a fork blend the brown sugar, flour, pecans and the permanent 1/3 cup of butter or margarine. Sprinkle on top of higher than the height of the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
