- 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- u00bd cup butter
- u00bd teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- u2153 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- u2153 cup butter
The instruction how to make Sweet Potato Fluff
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- fusion the mashed sweet potatoes, white sugar, eggs, 1/2 cup of the butter or margarine, vanilla and flaked coconut. Place in heat proof 2 quart sized casserole dish.
- following a fork blend the brown sugar, flour, pecans and the permanent 1/3 cup of butter or margarine. Sprinkle on top of higher than the height of the potato mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
