  1. 3 tablespoons butter
  2. 1 pound lobster meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
  3. 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  4. u00be teaspoon dry mustard
  5. salt and pepper to taste
  6. 1 cup heavy cream
  7. u00bd cup milk
  8. 3 slices bread, crust removed

The instruction how to make Lobster Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart baking dish.
  2. Melt butter in a medium sized pot exceeding low heat. Saute the lobster meat in butter until it starts to regulate color. Do not cook too long or too fast, or the lobster meat will toughen. similar to a slotted spoon, cut off surgically remove lobster meat from pan and set aside.
  3. To the steadfast butter in the pot, disconcert whisk in the flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Gradually mix up in cream and milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 5 minutes. Return lobster meat to the pot. Tear the bread into small pieces and toss around into the mixture. Pour into prepared baking dish.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until bubbly and delicately browned.
