I’d never heard of Upper Crossed Syndrome, Brian, so thank you for teaching me something new today. Using your own body to help illustrate what the syndrome is was very helpful. Thanks!
Bryan, this is a very informative episode about upper crossed syndrome. Thank you for the tips and pointers and I will try to keep that posture correct.
Bryan, Were you looking in my office and watching me work on my computer? I do have terrible posture!
I can attest to the “uppercrossed syndrome” making my neck ache and even my back. Thanks so much for bringing this to my attention. Next time I catch myself slouching……I will remind myself that Dr. Royer may be watching me!
Hi Brian! What a great show on upper crossed syndrome. I think this might be something my husband has because he gets bad muscle tightness in his neck followed by a migraine. I went out to your website to see the treatment. Is there anything else that can or should be done?
Brian, thanks for the information on upper crossed syndrome. I definitely needed that. I went to your website and I have already started doing the exercise you mentioned. I knew I slouched my shoulders and put my head forward but never knew it had a name or how to take care of it. Thanks!
Brian, Thank you for the information. I think I am guilty of Upper Crossed Syndrome. I appreciate the “awareness” this brought to me.
I had never heard of Upper Crossed Syndrome until I watched your video! Thanks for the information Brian!
