    • As mentioned in the show, there are many ways that small businesses can be taxed. S corporation is one way to reduce the tax burden, there are other ways and it is best to get professional advice before making decisions that are hard and possibly expensive to change. Thanks for the comments.

    • Thanks Rhonda, yes in this economy everyone is trying to saving dollars and sense and paying more taxes is just bad for business and the budget. With proper planning and execution, we can help reduce the small business owners tax burden.

    • Thanks, startup businesses really need to look at how their small business is going to be taxed and how it will effect their personal taxes. However, many existing businesses need to look at this also because things change and quite possibly they may have never received advise on this in the past.

    • Thanks Doug. Small business taxation is complex and critical in planning for a start-up company. Decisions you make today can affect you for years. However, make sure that you revisit that decision each year to see if any changes need to be made.
