  1. Hi Patrick, I have been struggling with what my true goals for Leap Graphics would be this year, and making my business sellable is a goal that i hadn’t considered before. Even though I’m young, starting to make it sellable now will ensure that i’ll be ready when the time comes. Thanks for challenging me to think about my business future in a new way!

    • Thanks for the comment Valerie. Feel free to call me anytime to discuss your business goals for this year. I encourage you to take the free Sellability Score survey to gain awareness of where you’re at today relative to developing a business which runs itself without you, the Owner….we call this business freedom and with a little focus, you too can accomplish it. All the best.

  2. Thanks Patrick for the GREAT tips on how to create business freedom! So true what you have said – and as a business owner myself I know we all easily fall into the traps you mentioned. I just love how you talked about planning for this now – even though it may not be truly on your radar yet. Creating a sellable business is important to plan from day one. Glad we have you to direct us! Looking forward to your next show.

    • Jeanne, thank you for your comment. I know that you and David have made great progress toward achieving your own business freedom by growing your team, delegating and strategically outsourcing the non-business-owner activities. Keep up the great work and enjoy your new found freedom.
