  3. Pat, great show on perfectionism holding us back. Unfortunately, most of us have some version of that story. And it’s SO true that if we just allowed ourselves to be vulnerable and authentic, we would actually be more accepted than rejected!! We can more easily identify with someone who, like us, makes mistakes rather than with someone who “looks perfect.” I look forward to your next show – always such good information!
