After serving in the United States Navy, Pat earned his Engineering and Business degrees from the University of Toledo.  He was born and raised in Toledo.  He and his wife of 29 years (Peggy) have two adult daughters and live in Maumee.

Your client’s goals are the same as my own, i would like my business to be self sufficient, and even bringing on additional help is forcing me to track and asses my operations and training processes so that someone else can easily step in and become educated about my company quickly.
