Hi Nikki, I’ve found this feature very helpful in referrals… when you go to my LinkedIn page, actually seeing testimonials for people detailing our business interaction and how happy they were with my service is gold. I find myself no long having to “sell myself” or prove my abilities. The combination of those LinkedIn endorsements and my website portfolio convinces new customers that i’m really an expert!
