  1. Patrick, thanks for all the tips about new employee orientation. If employees don’t feel comfortable from day one, then it is difficult to reverse that feeling so to get them feeling comfortable on day one is vitally important.

    • Thanks Ron. Goal alignment is a process and we need to make it a high priority from day one and beyond. If we systematize the onboarding process, we can leverage this opportunity for a measurable outcome….a highly aligned team.

  3. Patrick this is great information about Employee orientation. I started to implement this even with my subcontractors and it made a world of difference. It also helped me to organize and gather all of our company information, goals and specific expectations for our workers which left them feeling more confident that we were a competent organization to work with.
