At PETNET she led the development and implementation of a training program and the associated selling aids that resulted in a sales force consistently ranked #1 in the industry. She had $10 Million dollar P&L responsibility in 2005.

  1. Great info on difference of compliment versus acknowledgement .Love the examples of “What you see to be true about them”. vs “what you admire about them”. Never good at giving compliments and you actually clarified why, and how to do it much better with an acknowledgement. Definitely try to incorporate your suggestions to improve my leaderships skills. Thank Joan for great show!
