Jack Klemeyer is founder of GYB Coaching. GYB stands for Grow Your Business and to do that, Jack specializes in bringing high-impact, result-focused group and individual coaching to business owners. Jack combines more than 30 years of effective sales and communication experience with a degree in Business Administration from Ball State University, certifications as a Master Practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, a Language and Behavior Consultant, a Kolbe Consultant and a Facilitator for Get Clients Now!(TM). He is a Myers-Briggs Facilitator and an active member of the National Speakers Association and Toastmasters International.

Jack serves as a coach, trainer, speaker and facilitator of multiple sales related programs. He has designed several successful and highly acclaimed programs to aid participants in enhancing their performance. Most recently he created Chamber University (MyChamberU.com), providing affordable, applicable, relevant training for small businesses.

Along with business partner, mentor and good friend, Tom Richardson, he created Synergy Trainings to provide small business and corporate training.

Fantastic Jack….we can all work on our communication skills, and breaking it down into the 3 types of auditory, visual, kinesthetic, and how we can pick up what the person is by listening to them (and maybe asking the right questions), will help us communicate better with them. Understanding how someone learns or communicates will lead to better understanding and relationships. I will be “tuning” in a little more when listening to people to pick up clues as to which type they are. Thanks!
