Elizabeth Blosh is the owner of Positive Nutrition, a nutrition club offering quick, healthy meal solutions, one-on-one wellness evaluations, personal wellness coaching, weight loss challenges, fit clubs, daily activities, a positive environment and lots of laughs! She is a World Team Member and Independent Distributor of Herbalife.
When a distributor of Herbalife International introduced Elizabeth to some of the company’s nutritional programs, she decided to try the weight loss plan and immediately noticed a change in her energy levels. In a few months, she weighed 31 pounds less, her outlook and energy kept soaring and she knew then that this was a program to change her life forever.
Elizabeth remembers her life at that point — young, beautiful, spirited — but her body was old and her mind depressed. She knew that she wasn’t the only one of her friends who struggled just to achieve the minimum each day; she wanted change and she wanted to help other people like her.
Positive Nutrition also offers yoga instruction and there’s a fitness area where members can exercise.

Wonderful tips on creating a healthy community. I’m so glad you confirmed adding healthy food instead of resorting to dieting. I hate to cut out foods that i love! But i’ve found that adding healthy food makes the difference in how i feel and how my body functions. Thanks so much for the info!
