Create Your Own Inhaler for Sinus Congestion

Debra Reis discusses how to create an inhaler with essential oils. She also shares the benefits of using this inhaler with essential oils for sinus congestion.

This is the recipe for a relaxation inhaler:
5 drops of Lavender
2 drops of Roman Chamomile
5 drops of Orange
Mix together and take the gauze and absorb all the oils and then place into the inhaler as shown in the video.

Deb is the founder of the Supportive Therapy Engagement Program (STEP) to assist organizations to implement and integrate supportive therapies into a patient treatment plan for better outcomes.
